DESCRIPTION:The Portuguese Embassy in Bucharest has the utmost pleasure in cordially inviting you to participate in person in the “Blue Talks”\, which will be taking place on 25 May in Bucharest’s Central University Library\, \nThe “Blue Talks” will precede the United Nation’s Ocean Conference (UNOC)\, which will be held in Lisbon between 26 June and 1 July\, and will be inspired by UNOC’s Eight Interactive Dialogues. \n  \nIn this light\, the “Blue Talks” will focus on three main aspects:\n1) managing\, protecting\, conserving and restoring marine and coastal ecosystems – including marine pollution;\n2) leveraging interlinkages between Sustainable Development Goals towards the implementation of the 2030 Agenda;\n3) increasing scientific knowledge and developing research capacity and transfer of marine technology.
